We can define crime as an action or deed that is prohibited by constitution or law, and it is also offensive for others. A lot of difficulties are faced due to crime by many, for example, societal and private harm.

Community damage is the damage or destruction caused to the government. But the individual damage means the injury of party who are a victim of delinquency. To uphold the harmony government makes some rules. The country is authorized to assemble these laws and independent of punishing the individual who works against the law.

We know the crime for a long time, but it is not called as such. Many books told us a story about Adam and Eve. They ate the kernel, but the lord prohibited them from eating that grain. What they did may also regard as criminality or crime.

Punishment

The state makes laws. People that do not abide by the rules we have penalties for them. By the fear of punishment, we can control social crimes. We have specialized institutes who punish the criminal before that they have to represent themselves in court. Where they defend their sin if they fail to protect their criminal court have punishments according to their wrongdoings.

The main reason to impose punishment is to maintain social peace, avenge the wrongdoing counter to the lawbreaker. So they will not do additional misconduct to improve the wrongdoer by personalizing his consequence, which can hopefully lead them towards rehabilitation. There are four punishments that we arise to be acquainted with by viewpoints: Vengeance, Discouragement, prostration, and retrieval.

Mostly parts of the world use retribution as the principal rationalization in impressive consequences. Currently, the admiration for human self-respect is increasing; curative fairness is attaining rapidity.

I will support my statement by mentioning the first millennium carried about conflicting interpretations of criminology. Here is what German philosopher wrote on his manuscript, the natal of calamity, said: “man’s chief upright must be credited with wrongdoing and paid for by the flood of grief and anguish which the insulted divinities visit upon the human race in its noble ambitions.”

Examples of misconduct and punishments for offenders

The woman was sentenced to be burnt instead of handed because she killed her husband, and in that epoch, the killing of a master by his servant was considered as a disloyal act, so they have to face the punishment. There was also the same law for a woman, but rich men and masters were independent, and they can commit any crime and there is no punishment for them.

We need education consultancy to avoid crime. Because education gives us guidance on the right path. By educating people, we can maintain the peace of society. Criminals need rehabilitation and proper consultation. We need psychologists to guide the criminals. For their adequate meeting, we need sessions where we can express the criminals they are doing wrong and also destroying the social environment.

We should also consult with students if they are tense or suffering any mental problem. Schools, colleges, and universities should have education consulting and psychological treatments to avoid any crime. Because nowadays, corruption is prevalent because of psychological issues rather than ignorance.
